Beetroot Hummus Ingredients:

1 can chickpeas
1 jar pickled sliced beetroot
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup tahini
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp red pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
2-4 tbsp water

Method:

  1. Add chickpeas, the sliced beetroots, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, red pepper, salt and pepper into a food processor. Blend until all is smooth.
  2. Next while blending, slowly add olive oil and then water. Blend until smooth.
  3. Garnish with your choice of ingredient.
  4. Enjoy!
